Sure, we can make your favourite classic drinks. We've got hundreds of contemporary drinks in our repertoire too, here are a few of our favourites. Click on the images to enlarge and see a description.

VIOLETTE FIZZ - A fresh blend of vodka, crème de violette and fresh lemon layered over ice and topped with soda. Set with an edible flower and micro mint. Ohh la la!. PEACH MOJITO - Muddled fresh lime and mint shaken with white rum, served on ice, topped with soda. APOTHECARY - A blend of whisky and sweet apricot, with a dash of orange and Peychauds bitters and topped with soda. Served in a chilled. BRONZED APERITIF - A delicious tart blend of Campari, scorched orange and vanilla, topped with sparkling.

APRICOT & ALMONDO - A lovely short number which is a mix of brandy, apricot, almond and a squeeze of lemon juice. Served chilled. BERRY BELLE - A summer mix of white rum, muddled limes, mixed berries shaken with lychee juice and ice.
DUNE - Not for the faint hearted. This is a mix of tequila, chili, fresh lemon juice and agave nectar. Shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass – it will certainly get your heart racing! 1823 - A refreshing combination of Pimms, vodka, lemon juice, cucumber slices, green apple and elderflower. Served over on ice in a tall glass with a sprig of fresh mint. ROSE GIMLET - Stop & smell the roses. A floral mix of peach and rose shaken with gin and cloudy apple juice. The Roller - A smooth blend of fresh limes, berry syrup and almond syrup mixed with tequila and served over crushed ice. Better get your skates on for this one before they are all gone! New York Rose Fizz - Pressed mint shaken with gin, rose syrup and lemon juice. Served on ice and topped with sparkling. Earl Grey Martini - Earl grey tea infusion & gin shaken with lemon juice and sugar. Shaken with ice and poured in a martini glass with lemon zest sugar rim. Tequila Mockingbird - A cheeky mix of tequila, vanilla liqueur and sugar with a generous squeeze of fresh lime, shaken with ice, strained & topped with soda water. Served in a vintage cup & saucer.
Mondo Mule - A classic with a twist. Fresh lime and mint muddled with vanilla, a dash of bitters and vodka. Topped with ginger beer, garnished with lemongrass. Citrus kick - A unique mix of muddled fresh orange shaken with tequila and our house made chilli & cinnamon mix. Served on ice topped with blood orange juice. Lychee Martini - Vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee juice with a squeeze of fresh lemon, shaken with ice. Served poured over a lychee. Chocolate Martini - A sweet mix of vodka, chocolate liqueur, vanilla and cranberry juice. Shaken with ice & served with shards of dark chocolate.
Pomegranate Martini - Pomegranate liqueur shaken with muddled fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and a dash of angostura bitters. Shaken with ice, strained and served in a martini glass. Pink Pineapple Martini - A tropical mix of white rum, Chambord, fresh pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime. Shaken with ice and strained. Liquid Asset - A tasty mix of vodka, lychee juice, lemon juice and green apple. Shaken and served on ice. Pin Up Kick - A sweet mix of vodka, guava juice with fresh lime and mint. Shaken with ice and topped with ginger ale & a dash of bitters.
Higo Libre - A twist on the classic. Gold rum mixed with fig syrup and fresh lime. Shaken with ice topped with soda and caramelised lime. Passion Fruit Fix - A unique blend of tequila, passion fruit pulp, passion fruit juice, and fresh blood orange juice. Optional mint & blood orange slice garnish. Classic Mojito - A Cuban classic of fresh muddled mint, lime and rum shaken with ice, sugar and topped with soda. Try it with a twist - fresh raspberries, vanilla or passion fruit pulp - delicious! Summer Punch - White rum, pomegranate juice, lime juice, vanilla syrup and our house made hibiscus grenadine served on ice with fresh mint.
