Salli fronts up our beverage solution team and brings a world of knowledge to create unique & dynamic events across Australia. With extensive beverage knowledge and over 10 years experience in the events industry across the globe, Salli has got it covered.
As the creator and music director of Cellar Door Sessions in some of Sydney’s most prestigious bars in Sydney, Salli has worked with some of the finest hospitality staff as well as artists and musicians. Salli has lived in the UK where she managed large events on the Isles of Scilly’s renowned, Star Castle, as well as co-organising an annual gala on behalf of the Friends in Giving charity, for Robertson’s Triple Care Farm.

After several years working and living luxury products – notably Mercedes Benz and the international six star cruise line, Crystal Cruises – Carolyn joined the team to add an even more polished approach to developing our corporate sales and service.
Carolyn brings with her skills gained from managing the onboard Client Loyalty and Events Programme for Crystal Cruises, along with experience acquired from many years of business, in the leisure and events industries. Returning to Australia, Carolyn found her Sydney sea legs on Starship Sydney and The Pontoon, as their corporate sales manager, where she built up a loyal database of clients and friends. Carolyn is a true food and beverage specialist who will delight in tailoring an event to meet your needs perfectly!

 At the heart of the MONDO machine, Laura drives the team and coordinates the best beverage service production for events across Australia. From tastings for 2 to events for 5000 guests Laura covers all facets of coordination of clients, staff and suppliers.
She has recently done a stint in Europe with a beverage road show. Like most of the crew, she's done her time behind the bar and is a connoisseur of all things liquid. She makes a mean Lamington Martini!

Anna has directed the concept and graphic styling of many mobile bars at events, raising the bar for the beverage catering industry. A Sydney-based designer and artist, she has forged a reputation for vibrant designs through her work on major beverage projects and events across Australia.
Anna recently launched a book of photography, “Café Republic of Australia." Anna has painted the drinks industry in new colours with the publisher, Drink Australia, working on projects for beverage brands spanning café, juice, boutique beers, Aussie wines, spirits and liqueurs.

Rossco has managed top end bars in Europe, Australia and managed staff training in the art of cocktail mixing. Rossco's boundless energy and love of cocktails, beers and all things liquid makes him a fabulous dynamic in the execution of events.
